What we collect

• Contact form. When you request a website review or send a message, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone, website and your message.
• Chat assistant. The chat on this site is an AI assistant. Your messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write the answers. We keep chat logs for up to 12 months to answer follow-ups and improve the assistant, then they are deleted. If you leave your name and phone or email in the chat, we receive it by email so we can contact you. Please don't type passwords, card numbers or ID numbers in the chat.
• Server logs. Our hosting company keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
• Your browser. The site remembers your light or dark theme choice in your own browser. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

Only to answer you, prepare the review or quote you asked for, and do the work you hire us for. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else sees it

Only the services we need to run the business: our web host (Hostinger), our email provider, our AI provider for the chat (Anthropic), and PayPal or Stripe if you pay us online. Each of them handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal, Stripe or your bank (Zelle). We never see or store your full card number.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we have about you. Email info@cqwebservices.com or call (623) 850-1610 and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
